The European Studies of JinLin University encourages the continued development of European Studies in the Chinese Higher Education so as to consolidate and intensify the awareness,knowledge and understanding of the European Union and European issues.
The Jilin university has already signed 30 cooperative agreements with the university and scientific research institutions of Europe, among these famous institutions and universities includes Tubingen university of Germany,Minst university,Salzburg university in Astria,Lambton University of Holland,Guelph university of Ukrainia , Russia Tomsk Engineering university,etc. The company and R&D institution include Siemens Company of Germany,Volkswagen company , Russia scientific research institute of the Far East , federal world of Austria educate and train exchanging the institute (BIB ) etc.

About Us
The Eu center of Jilin university,which subsidized by the EU-China's higher education collaborative project, established formally on November 5th, 1998. Doctoral supervisor of Jilin university Professor Du Li serves as the centre director .It is divided into four research rooms, including European Union law research room , European Union's trade and financial research room , European politics and international relations research room and philosophy research room of Europe. The composition of personnel of the centre is as follows: 9 full-time researchers (5 professors , 3 associate professors and an assistant) and 22 part-time researchers (6 professors , 7 associate professors , 7 lecturers and one assistant).
