Seminar for the rejuvenation of European resources city

In order to promote the theoretical research that the resource city rejuvenates further , strengthen the academic exchanges and cooperation with every domestic European research center, offer the countermeasure and suggestion for revitalizing the old industrial base of the Northeast, Center for European studies of Jilin university will run the seminar for the rejuvenation of European resources city in the Jilin university at the beginning of September of 2006. This meeting is discussed from several following respects emphatically:
       1.Revitalize the industrial policy of the resource city and financial policy: Experience of Europe;
       2. Function of government in the rejuvenation of European resource city ;
       3. The experience of the implementation of policy in the rejuvenation of European resource city ;
       4. The comparison and study of the resoures city in central Europe ;
       5. Soft environmental construction of the rejuvenation of resource city : Experience and enlightenment of Europe;
       The requirement of soliciting articles :
       1. The meeting goes on by the way of the combination of special invitement and extensively solicitation, the thesis should be scientific , perspective and practicable.
       2. Thesis has not published neither at domestic nor abroad.
       3. On the page one of thesis should be written : Topic of the thesis, author's name , post , office , mailing address (zipcode ) , contact way , E-mail , about 400 words of thesis summaries , 3-5 keywords, and enclose the normal explanatory note and list of references after the text.
       4. Whether the article employs or not does not return the draft , please keep a manuscript for yourself.
       The persons who intend to participate in this forum need to submit the thesis , after expert appraisal, We will notify you formally. The meeting organizer will take the transportation and lodging expenses during meeting that the author selected . The meeting will not take any other expenses , and any work reward either. The meeting paper will be released on this centre webpage after the expert appraisal is qualified, put together into and publish the collection of thesis and select the superior to the recommendation of the relevant publication to issue formally .
